The dynamic calibrator is a high-precision gas analyzer calibration device developed for atmospheric monitoring and industrial control. It uses microprocessor control and is mainly used to calibrate air quality analyzers,as well as for quality control in labs and gas analyzer production.
The dynamic calibration instrument features two high-precision mass flow controllers and optional modules like an ozone generator, photometer, and permeation furnace. It generates calibration gases in the nmol/mol to umol/mol (ppb to ppm) range, supporting up to three standard gases. A linearization curve ensures repeatable ozone concentrations, and the photometer provides precise control for O3 concentration during calibration and gas-phase titration (GPT).
· High-precision mass flow controller ensures accurate gas distribution.
· Fast response time with a high dilution ratio.
· Automatic startup self-check and real-time fault detection.
· Large-capacity memory for automatic data storage.
· Modular design for easy expansion and maintenance.
