· Online Monitoring & Calibration

Equipped with pH, turbidity, and residual chlorine sensors (expandable),the analyzer supports on-site calibration and measurement mode switching.

· Fully Automatic Flow Control

Features a low-turbulence, anti-bubble flow cell and a dual self-cleaning mechanisms combined with drainage and air-purging. The system monitors liquid levels, inlet flow rates, and pump/valve status in real-time to automate sampling, drainage, and pipeline flushing.

· Intelligent Data QC & Storage

The system performs automatically grades data quality (Good / Suspicious / Faulty) to eliminate false readings. It supports local historical data storage, offline caching, breakpoint resume transmission upon reconnection, and built-in high-precision clock synchronization.

· Comprehensive Fault Self-Diagnosis & Alarms

The analyzer integrates 59 built-in anomaly detection models to accurately identify faults such as water shortages, sensor aging, pipeline blockages, and communication failures.

· HMI (Human-Machine Interface)

The 7-inch color capacitive touchscreen features a human-presence sensor for automatic wake-up and enters sleep mode when idle. With a guided calibration interface, users can easily access real-time water quality data, historical trend curves, and alarm logs.

· Remote O&M & Expansion

The system supports remote parameter configuration, instant measurement commands, and OTA firmware upgrades. Reserved expansion interfaces adapt to various retrofit scenarios.
