LGH-253 Portable Multi-component Gas Analyzer

LGH-253 Portable Multi-component Gas Analyzer

This portable DOAS analyzer quantifies SO₂, NO₂, NO, CO₂, CO and other contaminants for environmental law enforcement comparison, self-monitoring by flue gas emission enterprises and third-party entrusted testing. Built on Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS), it uses thermal-wet pretreatment paired with our self-developed high-stability UV-DOAS optical core to deliver precise readings, with optional NDIR and electrochemical modules to expand multi-species measurement capacity. The unit integrates comprehensive functions, high accuracy and rapid response, and supports real-time visualization, local storage and remote data transmission, while its rugged construction enables reliable operation across complex field environments.

Overview

This portable DOAS analyzer quantifies SO₂, NO₂, NO, CO₂, CO and other contaminants for environmental law enforcement comparison, self-monitoring by flue gas emission enterprises and third-party entrusted testing. Built on Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS), it uses thermal-wet pretreatment paired with our self-developed high-stability UV-DOAS optical core to deliver precise readings, with optional NDIR and electrochemical modules to expand multi-species measurement capacity. The unit integrates comprehensive functions, high accuracy and rapid response, and supports real-time visualization, local storage and remote data transmission, while its rugged construction enables reliable operation across complex field environments.

Product Structure

The analyzer consists of a multi-reflection absorption cell (15–18 m optical path), xenon lamp light source, optical fiber, focusing collimating lens, high-performance spectrometer, sampling pump, main control board and touch display screen.

Features

· Non-contact measurement eliminates deviations from analyte chemical shifts and sampling cell adsorption loss, ideal for testing reactive gas molecules and ions.

· Short measuring cycles and fast scanning with UV-to-visible spectral coverage enable simultaneous multi-gas quantification.

· Optical detection delivers stable performance with low maintenance and running costs, equipped with one-touch auto zeroing, real-time status monitoring and built-in self-diagnosis.

· Total weight ≤ 20 kg; the built-in rechargeable battery offers over 3 hours of continuous runtime, compatible with fixed installation, vehicle-mounted mobile survey and handheld portable modes.

Mobile Survey Software Functions

· Supports curve plotting, map visualization, graphic storage and real-time numerical display, alongside 3D rendering of contaminants and travel tracks.

· Enables timestamped concentration & trajectory lookup, plus standalone 3D contour mapping for single gas species.

· Offline data management is available for importing raw and historical records to review travel paths and trend curves; mouse drag allows partial contour zooming.

· The matched mobile APP is permanently free to use, with unlimited installation times and lifetime free upgrades.

Application Areas

Suitable for on-site pollution source screening and environmental emergency response. It quantifies toxic and hazardous ambient gases and conducts regular characteristic contaminant supervision at air automatic stations, chemical parks, factory fence lines, heavily polluted zones, workshops, indoor premises and gas leakage accident sites, and also fits extractive flue gas testing scenarios.
