The LG-1112 UV flue gas analyzer integrates UV-DOAS technology with hot-wet extraction sampling to enable direct measurement of high-temperature raw flue gas. It synchronously detects concentrations of SO2, NO and NO2 (with expandable additional gas parameters) from stationary pollution source stacks. No condensation equipment is required, eliminating condensation loss of SO2 and other target pollutants, delivering superior measurement accuracy while reducing instrument failure rates and long-term maintenance workload.
· Simultaneous synchronous detection of SO2, NO, NO2 and multiple other gas species
· Built-in auto-calibration and fault diagnosis modules; supports remote data transmission and cloud-based asset management, cutting maintenance costs and routine on-site inspection frequency
· Full-process high-temperature heating trace: Enables analysis of hot & humid flue gas without condensation and dehydration, preventing sample gas distortion
· Specialized structural design: Washable measurement cell for convenient post-installation maintenance
· Pulsed xenon light source: Excellent long-term stability with a service life of over 5 years
· UV-DOAS spectroscopy: Effectively suppresses interference from water vapor, dust and other background contaminants
· Vibration-resistant optical path with zero mechanical moving components
· Long optical path multi-pass cell design: Ultra-low detection limit for trace pollutant monitoring
· Direct simultaneous measurement of NO and NO2; no NO2-to-NO converter required
